Rosemary & Roger, we are so happy that Herbie made it safely to Alaska and is doing well. We know that making a decision to share your life with a new family member like Herbie is a big one and so we do want to be as professional as possible but still be as human as possible too when dealing with our customers. We always get emotionally attached to our puppies and hate to see them leave when they go to their new homes. We love them too. We know by talking to the two of you that Herbie will always be loved up in God's country. Roger, I know that fishing with you would sound great to Garry. Maybe we will make it up there sometime.
